Experience

Scott is a financial expert with 14 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations. Throughout his career, he has helped startups and small businesses with growth and scaling, working with departments on creating efficiencies, and driving and implementing equitable practices.

Background

Scott started his career working as a financial analyst and has held a variety of positions from staff accountant to internal audit manager to director of FP&A. He graduated with a degree in Financial Accounting from Illinois State University.

Community Involvement

Every other year, Scott grows out his hair to donate to either Hair We Share or Locks of Love. Being able to provide young children with cancer a sense of normalcy in their lives is something he is very passionate about. He also volunteers at a local non-profit curling club to assist with local events, donations, and community involvement.

In His Back Pocket

Scott is an amateur woodworker in his spare time — making tables, chairs, bar tops, and cutting boards. Currently, he makes items for family and friends, but he is planning to take part in a trade show this year.
